•    Assistance to first and second-tier Mutual Guarantee Institutions in the performance of accounting tasks, the drafting of annual and half-year Financial Statements in accordance with Italian and international accounting principles and laws (IAS/IFRS), and the standardization of accounting and administrative systems
•    Consulting services rendered to regulated financial brokers in connection with internal auditing and compliance and risk management activities
•    CPD programs on administrative and corporate aspects for the employees and collaborators of Mutual Guarantee Institutions
•    Assistance in liaising with corporate supervisory boards (Internal Auditors, External Auditors, Internal Control Committee) and Public Regulatory Bodies (Bank of Italy, Register of Auditors for Cooperatives)
